This is a for (a lot of) profit business model,
with tools designed to distribute profit
in what I call “massively parallel entrepreneurialism,”
that is, a platform
allowing people world-wide to act as entrepreneurs,
allowing for mutual success,
allowing for ceilingless income,
promoting creativity and education,
improving business efficiency, health modalities,
entertainment and innovation.

MLM:
NOT.
This is not some kind of scam or scheme…
it is an evolution in capitalism
that is a natural epiphenomena of web 2.0
and technology in general.

Addressing Extreme Poverty
The model also has tools designed to improve
charity, non-profit, NGO efforts,
and through coordinating with them, address the needs
of that billion people in extreme poverty.

The Quickening
After/while leveraging all people to the first rung
of the ladder of economic development,
for the 5 billion of us climbing that ladder,
extending and building on the model of microlending,
working synergistically with existing businesses,
and within the political/legal world-scape,
we offer practical tools for the quickening
of the transformation that will benefit us all.

Investment
Although no investment is needed,
and the project has been designed for rapid growth from seeds (Zaadz…not lthis site per se, but that principle)
it is also well poised to use cash flow,
to metabolize money for use as fuel,
in any amount
be it from it's own profit model, or investment,
and to surf resources in general,
such as publicity and effort…
these things will be increasingly convertible
as “currency.”

Money as fuel/energy
It may seem silly to say
we can use money
“in any amount…”
(Isn't that true of anyone, any business?
No.)
or that we can use other resources as money.
Money is like chi, prana, kundalini,
and the vehicle must be suited to use
the form and amount of energy it recieves….
and the driver must know where to go.
We claim that we can use a wide variety
of energy forms
in any amount from large to small,
with great efficiency.

ROI

3. Zaadz/Gaiam synergy.  I emailed  the Zaadz team before the merger, and Brian kindly responded.  Although my project is speced out and in the hands of an Indian programmer tribe right now, the Zaadz team is obviously skilled in ROR and design, and has the right spiritual stuff too.  I would be happy to improve the efficiency of the development process.  We are trying to achieve the same end, but our tool set is very different from anything I've seen so far at Zaadz, or announced as in development.

Actionable Intel
I have recieved some intelligent communiques
from obviously good people through this site,
which inspired me to update my profile. 
In response to one email question
I recently remembered  one of my original principles,
which is important to convey
to those currently holding power or wealth:

“Look world, Look rich guys,
'saving the world'
doesn't have to happen outside the scope of normal business.  Doing Good can be profitable too. 
And of course the residual spiritual
and environmental proceeds
shouldn't be overlooked.”

Singularity
I feel compelled to state the above dryly, with no poetic flare or philosophical hullabaloo, to emphasize that this is a practical effort, designed to produce tangible results.  So I didn't want to jump right in to the wish fulfilling jewel, the singularity or the eschaton.  However, those terms for the tsunami of epi phenomena of technology and their implications to sentience and identity are the very Logos this business surfs.

The Trend is our Friend
The Law of accelating returns
may seem to be a by product of technology,
but it is a force of nature.
Standards of living have been improving
since life began,
and in historical socio-economic
anthropocentric terms,
as Jeffrey Sachs shows in
The End of Poverty
have been explosively improving for
almost exactly 300 years…
a time frame Neal Stephenson
depicts in his recent books.

Magic 
This acceleration is about to produce
seemingly magical transformations,
unimaginable improvements,
not only unprecedented through history,
but EVER.
